Caernarfon Celts Wheelchair Basketball Club was established in November 2011 in response to the development of wheelchair basketball in North Wales.
We currently have players participating in a variety of leagues across the UK and players who partake for the recreational element.
Our coaches are trained to a very high standard and are required to continuously undertake courses in order to provide the best quality to the club and its members. We are very lucky to have several national award winning coaches within the club.
Our main belief is to train hard and have fun, and that no individual should ever be excluded. Anyone is welcome to join regardless of your age, race, disability or orientation.
"The strength of the team is each individual member. The strength of each member is the team."
- Phil Jackson

Both sessions run weekly apart from roughly mid July to September where the club takes a break for the summer.
It is essential that you contact us before attending a session otherwise we cannot let you join in without prior contact. The development session is subject to invite only but the recreational session is open to all.
The Insport policy file is present at every session. Please contact us to see any of the policies. When you join the club you will receive a welcome pack which can be received in a range of accessible formats.
